Mahjong is a game of strategy, laughter, and connection, but learning it can feel overwhelming without the right guide. That’s why I’ve designed our classes in two simple parts: Mahjong 101 and Mahjong 102. Together, they’ll give you the skills and confidence to sit down at any table and actually enjoy the game.
Mahjong 101:
Your First Shuffle

Brand-new players who’ve never touched a tile or only know the name of the game.

Time to play through one or two full rounds

You’ll leave Mahjong 101 knowing the foundations, from dealing to building your hand, and feeling excited to keep learning. No pressure, no jargon, just an evening that’s as fun as it is educational.

Play with Guidance

Anyone who’s taken Mahjong 101 or has a basic understanding of the rules and wants more practice.

Mahjong 102 is all about building confidence. You’ll get more comfortable making decisions, practice spotting opportunities, and feel ready to join open play nights.
