Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Salt Lake Mahjong Club, we plan our classes, open play, leagues, and private events with care and limited seating so everyone has a seat at the table. Because of this, we have a clear cancellation policy:
Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@saltlakemahjongclub.com.
Notice of cancellation must be received at least 24 hours prior to the start time of your registered class, open play, league, or private event.
Refunds
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of your event will be eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will forfeit the full registration fee and are not eligible for a refund or credit.
No-shows will also forfeit the full registration fee.
Reschedules & Transfers
In some cases, and at our discretion, we may allow you to transfer your registration to another class or event if space is available. Please reach out to us at hello@saltlakemahjongclub.com to inquire.
Private Events
Private event cancellations must follow the same 24-hour notice rule unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract.
