Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Salt Lake Mahjong Club, we plan our classes, open play, leagues, and private events with care and limited seating so everyone has a seat at the table. Because of this, we have a clear cancellation policy:

Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@saltlakemahjongclub.com.

  • Notice of cancellation must be received at least 24 hours prior to the start time of your registered class, open play, league, or private event.

Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of your event will be eligible for a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will forfeit the full registration fee and are not eligible for a refund or credit.

  • No-shows will also forfeit the full registration fee.

Reschedules & Transfers

  • In some cases, and at our discretion, we may allow you to transfer your registration to another class or event if space is available. Please reach out to us at hello@saltlakemahjongclub.com to inquire.

Private Events

Private event cancellations must follow the same 24-hour notice rule unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract.
